My experience with their service was good despite the mixed reviews here. The staff are friendly and polite and would share information about the condition of my aircon units. They are also responsive, so scheduling is easy.

I have been using Coolman Aircon since 2019. I had great service rendered by Coolman Aircon. Winnie responded to my WhatsApp promptly and always able to accommodate my schedule. Despite my last minute request, Winnie demonstrated patience and revert with positive reply. The service men came to service my aircon, all are friendly and work with efficiency. I will carry on to use their service and will recommend to my friends too.

We had our quarterly AC serviced by Coolman last week. One of the units was leaking the next day. That tells me the drain pipe was not even cleaned or checked. Their cleaning service was not thorough at all. They also claimed the ACs needed the chemical cleaning so I scheduled for the next one. After the leaking incident, I cancelled my appointment and called another company. Another company came in and had to re-clean all the units. The general cleaning service by Coolman was basically a waste of time and money. Beware. Little regard for cleanliness. Left finger prints on my walls. Can accept those near aircon, but not areas not even near. Lean against the wall, not aware of ladder placement and left marks on my skirting. Laid tools on my daughter's bed. Did not lay any plastic sheet. Water dripping all over the floor. Threw debris onto my parquet floor and dragged the ladder over the floor. One guy was particularly sullen and appeared as though he didn't want to be here.
