Was quoted 100-450 for the aircon pipe only to be informed its 700 by the technician. Told the technician no thanks & just paid the 55 for aircon servicing Reply by Coolman Aircon: Dear Sidney Lock We are quoted base on picture that was given, right now site condition is different, thus, price also different. Very unprofessional , rude and abusive staff. We had a horrible experience. Callee them to check on the problem and they told my wife that to fix it would take 1k+. My wife said we will let you know and paid the necessary agreed fees for the checks. The staff who visited us became abusive and angry and was charging at her. She and my helper we alone at home and at home. Never such a thing has happened in SG ever. Please be careful everyone! Super bad service and bad technicians. Very aggressive and they cheat a lot, giving ppl high cost estimates. Get mad if their bluff is caught. Be very careful before engaging with them. Not happy with their services at all. Company also supports badly behaved staff, instead of taking necessary action or steps. Pls train your team to maintain decency and be professional. The technicians from here are terrible with such poor attitude. Came and tried selling me over-expensive, unwanted services and when I said don't want services now (paid him the checking fees already), the technician got angry abused me and used F words etc. Horrible unprofessional attitude. I was alone at home and didn't how to react. So pls be very careful when you are having these kind over. It was scary and very frightening as a woman. Be very wary if you plan to get their services.
