Enquired about their washing machine cleaning services, both husband and I enquired separately and only received one reply and no follow up. Double texted 4 times before we gave up as they are always online but only to bluetick our whatsapp chat.

A very great aircon services. Comparisons to other air con services. Coolman Aircon are very professional and very focus on their job when onsite.
They will check and clean your unit carefully and let you know whats going on to your units when you ask them.
Very knowledgeable, very professional. Your aircon units are in good hands by Coolmam Aircon. Highly recommended.
I have set them as our permanent aircon services from now on.

Deep clean should clean everything, both outside and the inside. This one they just open the washing machine and clean the drum. They use the toilet, and walkway to toilet and the service yard all wet. And they don't clean up.. It only takes 40 mins to disassemble and clean and assemble back.

Incorrect diagnosis - claimed PCB damaged and that coolant gas is sufficient, when it’s actually just a lack of coolant gas. Very dodgy service!
After stripping the compressor apart, never install back fully, left behind a bunch of screws uninstalled. Use their service at your own risk.
