One of our aircon was not working last night, called this morning to arrange for inspection, got an appointment this afternoon. The technicians were very professional and efficiently solved the issue. They even did a thorough check on our other units. Well done guys! We will seriously consider them for our future aircon service. Highly recommended!👍👍👍

There are so many aircon servicing companies out there. But how do you know which ones are reputable and honest? I had an issue where one of my unit lost its cooling function after a month(serviced from another vendor). I contacted Coolman and they told me "The unit should still be under service warranty. Try to contact them, you will save money ." Its nice to know that they are being considerate and honest rather than being greedy for jobs. I explained the situation and they came over and fixed my problem very quickly.

Do not engage this service if you expect their general aircon servicing to thoroughly clean the fan blowers of your aircon if it is very dirty. I was told they do not remove the fan blower for cleaning for general service. Otherwise they were pretty responsive to my request and arrived on time to perform the job. Reply by Coolman Aircon: Dear Soo Cheng Guan Please note that our general servicing was excluded dismantling of blower. We are sincerely apologized for the inconveniences caused, may i have your invoice number for us to investigate your case. We are looking forward to hear from you soon. Best Regards, COOLMAN AIRCON SERVICING PTE LTD
