We have bought 2 seperate Single split system from Coolman and generally they have worked well. However the least unit installed in Dec 2024 had compressors issues and Coolman walked away asking us to contact Panasonic ourselves. When we ask for the original invoice as proof of purchase, they said the lost it....very unprofessional. Hence DON"T ever buy a unit from them. Reply by Coolman Aircon: Dear Zayn Uno Thank for support us to purchased 2 sets of single split system in year Dec 2024. After received an enquiry, we managed to attended on 26 September 2026 and found out that compressor itself caused the fault. Therefore, we had advised you to call Panasonic Service Centre with their hotline provided. This compressor have 5 years warranty. This is more easy for you to communicate with Panasonic Service Centre for slot arrangement. You should do the product warranty registration and kept the original white copy of invoice as well. We refer to WhatsApp chats on 28 September 2026, 10.47am, our reply is "checked, still can not find", we did not said "lost it". Pls note that original invoice white copy had been signed and taken by signee. Best Regards, COOLMAN AIRCON SERVICING PTE LTD

Was keen to get my aircon unit from Coolman as I have used them for servicing previously. Whatsapp asking for costs and Im unsure about the units BTU and prices. Doesn't even bother starting msg with a hi. Just chunk of costs and what would be additional costs for xyz. When asked to clarify on total costs. Very uninterested, dismissive and rude replies. Replied me the total what calculator shows is $xxxx. Would have never figured I had to use a calculator..... Reply by Coolman Aircon: Dear B N We had received " Aircon New Installation " enquiry on 6 July 2026, 14.12, we managed to replied on same day, 14.13 with forwarding pricing details, we admit that did not said " hi " firstly. We will do improving in writing. If you are interesting in 2nd hand aircon installation, you should send in first message then we will respond accordingly. Engaged them on 1 June as there was a waterfall in my living room. My own aircon service folks do not work on Sundays and Public Holidays. Appt was confirmed within minutes and within 30 mins, their men were at my place. They fixed the issue and left. After 15 mins, another waterfall happened in my other room and i called them again. Again, their men were back in less than an hour and did a thorough check, and even took out trunking to check the pipes which ended up being the cause. I am very happy with the services provided. As I am now still tied to another 2 servicing with my previous providers, I will be sure to sign an annual contract with Coolman when my contract ends. Thank you.
