I have used Coolman Aircon services for more than a year, and I'm happy with their services. I decided to renew their contract a few months ago. They have a few technicians that came to my house, and they are all good and professionals. The recent technicians are Mohi and Reza, they are very helpful and explain if there's anything wrong. The backend support staff is also very good and have promptly texted me whenever it's time to do aircon servicing. Price wise, I think they charged quite reasonably.

They send 2 staffs with quite fast in work and know what to do, if im not wrong mohi and reza. so far i satisfied, they also clean up the place after their works. Thank You

Untrained, unprofessional service crew and rude customer service. I paid $170 for aircon service but still water was dripping from aircon. Service crew after visiting 3 times told me its aircon installation problem. Then I call LG installation crew, they came and checked whole unit and told me that nothing wrong with aircon, they found that water drainage tray was full of jelly kind of algae which was blocking the water flow. They washed the tray and water stopped dripping. I informed the aircon service company that their crew didn’t service properly but the guy was rude and defended to his ground crew. Reply by Coolman Aircon: Dear Shafiq Abbasi Just wondering, why you did not mentioned that you had received $50 from technician for the refund. We had been advised solution but no action was taken. At the last, you just paid $120 for the 4 units general servicing and replaced damaged insulation as well and 3 trips visiting. We are looking forward to hear from you soon. Wei Chung arrived on time, and able to provide fast and accurate diagnosis of problems with my aircon. He quoted prices for repairs and explain what will be done before seeking permission to proceed. Great service!

The technicians came about 15 min late. Quickly upon inspecting the first air-conditioning unit, one technician said the blower was dirty. There would be an additional charge of $80 to dismantle and clean each blower. I said wait. I wanted to do some research on the market rate first. However, the technician pressed me for an answer. I said no. Each air-conditioning unit was cleaned within 5 min! I have not had my air-conditioning unit cleaned in such a short time. My appointment was from 12-2 pm to clean 4 air-conditioning units. They came late and left before 1 pm! Based on my research, the company charges about $40 per unit to dismantle and clean the blower. Yet, the technicians quoted me $80 per unit! It was a SCAM, man! Other companies quoted me $10 to $30 to dismantle and clean the blower. Totally unsatisfactory experience! I will not engage CoolMan again. Have already feedback to liaison person but writing this so that others will be aware. This is to add on to my review written a month ago above. As we can see from the company's reply which asked for my invoice number to investigate my feedback. I have provided the invoice number through their WhatsApp contact a month ago and subsequently asked for the outcome of the company's investigation. Till now, there was no reply from the company. Asking for my invoice number was just a publicity stunt that the company is doing something. Actually, NOTHING was done! Don't engage this company's services...
