Despite my calling him 3 times to chase him to come to my place, he remains polite throughout, even though obviously I sounded somewhat rude. I am very happy with the service provided. And will definitely recommend your company to my friends. Thank you.
My experience with their service was good despite the mixed reviews here. The staff are friendly and polite and would share information about the condition of my aircon units. They are also responsive, so scheduling is easy.

I have been using Coolman Aircon since 2019. I had great service rendered by Coolman Aircon. Winnie responded to my WhatsApp promptly and always able to accommodate my schedule. Despite my last minute request, Winnie demonstrated patience and revert with positive reply. The service men came to service my aircon, all are friendly and work with efficiency. I will carry on to use their service and will recommend to my friends too.
Authentic servicing company and very professional. Are available on weekends too to fix any emergency issue with appliances. Thank you Coolman.
