Indisputable before and after photos following a chemical wash. Coolman did a great job. Responsive on WhatsApp, and workers who were diligent in cleaning my unit and then cleaning and packing up after. Price wise comparable to what’s on the market.

I would not recommend Coolman to my worst enemy. The initial quotation was not clear on the number of units we had to pay for. When asked to clarify, the customer service simply insisted it was already stated therein (it was not). We needed urgent assistance with our air-conditioning leak and proceeded in any case. Unsurprisingly, we were made to pay more than we expected. The service crew was ok. Well, that's what we thought. 2 months in, our air-conditioning has leaked again. We raised this with the customer service and were offered a free check 2 days later. When we explained that we needed an earlier slot, we were crudely informed "first come first serve". We asked him to explain clearly what he meant, which he/she did not. Fascinatingly, we were offered an even later slot. I went back to my regular air-conditioning guy and will never hire Coolman ever again. Reply by Coolman Aircon: Dear Shawn Tan We received a WhatsApp message on 9 October 2025, 8.37pm and reported need a aircon service, we managed to reply at same day, 8.38pm and arranged service on 10 October 2025 with 4pm - 6pm slot. For 4 units, price is $85 for general servicing. This 4 units pricing was ready mentioned clearly. But, you still repeating " The other 4 units normal servicing will be $85 in total? " and " The $85 is total for 4 units right? And not each unit $85 x 4? " Please note that before we closed the deal, we did mentioned that this $85 package might not be 100% can settle your water leaking problem if it was due to clogged badly. On 6 December 2025, Saturday, 7.04pm, we received a WhatsApp message in group and reported water leaking again, we managed to reply a message at 7.17pm and would like to arrange a free checking on 8 December 2025, Monday, 2pm - 4pm as we rest on Sunday. However, you reply a message at 10.54pm and need a service asap. Please note that our servicing slot is first come first serve basic as we are small company. Unless you are interesting, then we will reserve slot for you. On 7 December 2025, Sunday, 8.43am, we received a WhatsApp message again, Unfortunately, that slot are taken by others customer already, then, we only can offer 4pm - 6pm instead. Sorry for the inconvenience caused, we already try our best to reply your message on Saturday after 7pm and Sunday early morning 8.44am to make a necessary arrangement. Contacted Coolman for the installation of a System 4 Aircon (Daikin) for my BTO flat pre-renovation. They were very prompt with responding to my inquiry on WhatsApp and suggesting a time to come down to my unit for complimentary site visit and planning. The site visit occurred on the day after inquiry, was really impressed with their speed and promptness. The aircon system installation took one and a half days, the entire process was smooth. The aircon experts gave very clear explanations to us during the installation and we felt very confident in the process. The aircon installation was completed the week after the site visit and inquiry. Really grateful to Muhin and partners for the smooth and prompt process and their reliability in the installation. Highly recommend their services to those who need aircon related works.
Scheduling an appointment with CoolMan Aircon Servicing was quick and easy. Technicians Peng and Lee arrived on time, gave an honest assessment, and recommended a chemical overhaul for three units plus cleaning and gas top-up for the compressors. They worked diligently for almost four hours, and now all four units are running much cooler than before. Professional, polite, and reliable — I’ll definitely engage CoolMan again for future maintenance. Update (June 2026): We had another air-conditioning cleaning today, and once again technicians Peng and Lee were punctual, courteous, and thorough. This is our third service with them, and the quality has remained consistently excellent.
Super fast response and they were able to come on Sunday night on very short notice. Mohi was very efficient and fixed our problem right away!
