I would give good review for their responsiveness. However the 2 workers they send didn't do a proper job. Wanted to do chemical washing for all my aircons but after some explaining by their workers, we decided to go for normal servicing instead. After that, normal servicing just take less than 5mins per unit? How is that servicing job done? On top of that, some screws were found missing for each aircon (hubby got bad experience before so went to check). After being reprimanded, they put back the screws. Business owner agreed to forgo the charge but we will have to put up with another few more days of no aircon in this hot weather spell to look for another servicing agent.

Very prompt service and being able to arrange and come for servicing at last minute call. Good and friendly service without hardselling and did not push for unnecessary services. I’m happy with it and decided to sign annual servicing package on my own accord.

Online Booked on 31st / 8:10 am cause bedroom air con leakage and surprisingly they confirm my booking within minutes. Of course I am happy enough as today is Sunday. 2nd surprise was, the technician came 20 mins before the confirmation time. They explained, show me all the faulty parts and reason to it. Everything was done smoothly and pretty happy with it. Will sign a Service Contract with Coolman Aircon and will recommend to my friends.
