Recently engaged them for repair/service of aircon that was not cooling. Was charged for coolant top up for $170 as coolant pressure was zero. After topping up, asked the technician to monitor pressure for 15 min but the technician immediately left after topping up. The aircon problem remained. Contacted them and the technician came back a few days later and just confirmed the coolant pressure down to zero. Problem NOT solved while I wasted $$$ for the useless gas top up… Reply by Coolman Aircon: Dear GM Shi Received a WhatsApp message on 2 November 2025, Sunday, 9.06am and reported all aircon not cold. We attended at same day, reached around 10.08am and left the house around 10.29am. Note that $150 is for fully gas top up and addition $20 for Sunday OT. NO WARRANTY for gas top up because now have gas leaking problem. Please note that only perform pressure test will giving you a accurate results for gas leaking source. It will take 3 days for the test. Due to time constraints between you and us, both of us agree next free checking on 6 November 2025. Next step you should do Pressure Test or replace entire aircon system including refrigerant pipe. If you engage others contractor, do not gas top up again, it only will leak after few hours and not leak immediately. Best Regards, COOLMAN AIRCON SERVICING PTE LTD
