Worst aircon maintenance provider. Can't get to fix simple aircon problem. Service price is more than other contractors. Charged me additional cost for checking, repair and testing during the scheduled appointment even when I am under contract with them as my aircon maintenance contractor. Worst, repair done did not even work. First, technician said he is sure that thermostat is spoilt. After several tries which took too long, it was not really spoilt. Then said pcb and thermostat spoilt. Took so long to check while other maintenance contractor can fix only within an hour. Aircon guy said they will refund. After the guy left, they didn't want to refund the full amount. They even have the guts to terminate the remaining contract even when I am reaching out to them and just continue with the repair. No sorry or any apologies for the bad experience. Very rude, unprofessional and unreliable. Worst experience. Don't bother to get their service. Extremely Disappointed & Unethical Service If I could give zero stars, I would. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. I engaged them to service my aircon, and their technician claimed that four of my thermostats needed replacement because they were worn out or not working. They also charged me $120 to pump gas into my unit + $120 for chemical washing. However, my aircon was still not cold after the service. Feeling suspicious, I called the another maintenance team for a second opinion. Their report confirmed that: ❌ My thermostats were perfectly fine and didn’t need replacement. ❌ The gas pumped by this company was NOT even full, which was why my aircon wasn’t cooling properly. Because of this half-done job, I had to pay extra to get the gas fully pumped by Daikin today—and guess what? My aircon is now working perfectly! This level of dishonesty and poor service is completely unethical and unacceptable. Feels like a scam to overcharge customers for unnecessary replacements and incomplete work. I do NOT recommend this company at all! 🚨 —————— Updated: Look at their response to me. Instead of addressing my concerns properly, they chose to focus on the fact that I gave them a 1-star review. 🤦🏻♀️ I would only give 1 star if the service was truly unsatisfactory, isn’t it? 🙄 If your service was good, you wouldn’t have to worry about bad reviews—you would focus on actually fixing the issue instead of questioning my feedback. As a paying customer, I have every right to voice my concerns when things are not done properly. Customer service isn’t just about the service itself—it’s about how you handle problems and feedback. This kind of response just proves why the rating was deserved. Would you be okay with this kind of treatment? Thus, we suggest to replace instead. Please note that once air conditioning was restart, it will be temporary back to normal. Do not assume it was fixed. Note that also gas was fully pump that day. If you are ready engaged DAIKIN in-house engineer to do checking, please give service report to us, we will call them and investigate. We also notice that total 8 reviews in your profiles, 6 of them only can get 1 star from you. BTW, we will improve the service to meet your requirement. We still can reached at 9189 3509. Their man came to check and share that the compressor totally spoilt now and can't be use anymore. 4 months ago their technician advice me to change to a second hand unit and compressor which cost $700 and assure me that it can sure last 2-3 years. Just 4 months later, it start to leak and fault on the compressor with warm air coming out rather than cold air and furthermore I did not turn on every single day. Now they advice me to change to a brand new Panasonic with them which will cost another $700, why don't they just advice me this 4 months ago? Can't they just replace a compressor for me now?! And I just recently paid a leaking service of $40 to them and after the leaking is resolved it can't even use till now at all. Demanded a refund of $200 + 40 but till date do not want to even respond. With such, this issue will be bringing up to CASE for further assistance then. New Panasonic actual price is $850, since previously USED 2ND HAND aircon installed by us, thus, we able to give discount with amount $150 and deal at $700. Do not mixed up this figure. Professional and efficient. Called in to check a faulty condenser unit. Technician Mohi was able to quickly diagnose and resolve the problem, saving me from having to hack and change my entire aircon system including piping, which was the solution recommended by another company. Requested for cleaning last minute too which they agreed to and very quickly and efficiently took care of. Will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family!
