Mohi did my gas top up and was really great. His service is top notch making sure each unit was cold. The prices are also really reasonable. I'm very happy with the service - called them today and they managed to come down today. Really appreciate it

DO NOT TRUST THEM, TERRIBLE SERVICE. INVOICE 19680 My aircon needed servicing because it was blowing cold/warm air intermittently. This was what happened when the pair of aircon service guys came over: • Person A simply stood there and did nothing • Person B took out the aircon unit casing and saw that it’s full of dust but he put the casing back without vacuuming or even a wipe down • Person B simply used his bare hand, placed it on the compressor like a stethoscope and said everything was normal I asked if he needed to vacuum/top up coolant but • Person B says aircon is blowing out cold air at that exact moment so everything is ok, job done. I explained multiple times it’s not ok because just a few minutes before he arrived it was blowing out warm air even at 16 deg max fan speed ( usually it keeps my room cold at 23 deg ) • They left just like expecting me to pay the $70 bill instantly for doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Contacted the same company service line many times but they DONT respond unless you are requesting for their paid services. Terrible highly do not recommend Reply by Coolman Aircon: Dear Darren Cheng Please note that Sunday have $20 addition charges as we need pay OT to worker.
